ACCOMMODATION
A clean and well-presented boat, extensively refitted to a high standard in 2004. Five berths in two cabins. Wood finish throughout with coordinating russet/beige upholstery, carpets and curtains.

FOR'D CABIN
Two single berths with lockers and drawers under and large opening window/escape hatch on port side. Shelves port and stbd. Two reading lights. Wardrobe on port side. Mirror on port bulkhead. Concertina door separating the two cabins.

SALOON
Dinette to port converting to a double berth, drawers under. Opening windows port and stbd. Settee/bunk on stbd side with lockers under. Wardrobe forward. Bottle rack. Mirrors. Steps to cockpit with lockers under.

Hardtop with sunshine roof. Beige cockpit canopy. Stainless steel pulpit rails, handrails and fender baskets. Bathing platform and ladder. Navigation lights and windscreen wipers. Anchor and mud weight.
