ACCOMMODATION
Six berths in three cabins. (Two permanent single berths. The dinette converts to a double berth and there are two permanent single berths in the aft cabin). Wood finish throughout with white vinyl headlinings. The toilet compartments are lined in mottled grey formica. Beige vinyl upholstery in the saloon and beige material upholstery in the two cabins. White curtains and beige carpet.

FOR'D CABIN
Two single berths with v infill converting to a large double berth. Lockers and drawers under and escape hatch over. Shelves port and stbd. Opening windows port and stbd. Large hanging wardrobe on port side and shelf with drawer under. Two reading lights. Mirror. Steps to saloon with lockers under.

FOR'D TOILET COMPARTMENT
On stbd side with sea toilet and washbasin (H&C). Mirror. Opening window.

SALOON
Helm position in centre with engine controls and instruments. Seafarer 700 echo sounder. Sunshine roof. Stowage for table to stbd. L shaped dinette to stbd converting to double berth. Drawers under. A row of cupboards and drawers on port side including drinks locker. Sliding doors opening to deck port and stbd with wide steps and lockers under. Steps leading to galley.

GALLEY
On port side with stainless steel sink with pressured hot and cold water supply, cupboards under. Flavel Vanessa gas oven, grill and two burners with locker under. Corner cupboard over. Battery 12V fridge.

TOILET COMPARTMENT
On stbd side with sea toilet. Hand basin with hot and cold water supply. Shower. Opening window.

AFT CABIN
Two single berths port and stbd with drawers under. Dressing table centre with mirror, drawers and cupboard. Wardrobe on stbd side. Large opening window/escape hatch. Opening windows port and stbd. Mirror and two reading lights.

EXTERIOR
Stainless steel pulpit and pushpit rails, stanchions and hand rails on cockpit sides and cabin roof. Windscreen wiper, navigation lights, wooden mast, five cleats and anchor. Wooden hand rails and dodgers above aft cockpit.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT/COMMENTS
Fully fitted winter cover. 2 life rings, rear access ladder. Rope cutters fitted to prop shafts x 2.
