ACCOMMODATION

Traditional Freeman wood finish throughout. Co-ordinating burgundy upholstery, carpets and curtains. All soft furnishings renewed 2005.

FOR'D CABIN

Two single berths with v infill converting to a double berth. Lockers under and escape hatch over. Shelves port and stbd. Opening window on port side.

Large cupboard to port with door having the facility to fasten across walkway to separate the for'd cabin from the saloon.

TOILET COMPARTMENT

On stbd side with Jabsco sea toilet (new 2005). Corner handbasin with hot and cold water supply. (The water is heated through a calorifier). Opening window.

SALOON

Dinette on port side converting to a double berth, drawers under. Engine under aft seat. Cupboard above. Opening windows port and stbd. Steps to cockpit.

GALLEY

On stbd side in fully fitted units. Plastimo Atlanta gas cooker with two burners, grill and oven. Sink with hot and cold water supply, various cupboards and corner cupboard.

COCKPIT

Helm position to port with engine controls and instruments. (Navico speed log not working). Mate's seat with Weaco coolmatic electric fridge under (fridge new 2005). Steps port and stbd. Bench seat aft. Key box and paper rack.

EXTERIOR

Hard top to wheelhouse with cream cockpit canopy. Stainless steel pulpit rails, mast and handrails on cockpit sides and cabin roof. Three cleats, danforth anchor, horn, navigation lights and windscreen wiper.

COMMENTS/ADDITIONAL EXTRAS

Wired for 240v. Marine battery charger.
