ACCOMMODATION
An extremely clean and well presented boat. Three berths in two cabins with an occasional berth in the cockpit. Traditional wood finish throughout. Upholstery, curtains and carpet.

CABIN
Two single berths for’d with lockers under and large opening window/escape hatch on port side. Shelf for'd. Cupboard to port and wardrobe to stbd with shelf above. Door to saloon.

SALOON
Dinette to port converting to a single berth, lockers under. Large locker, cupboards and drawers. Opening windows port and stbd and small opening hatch. Steps to cockpit.

GALLEY

COCKPIT
Helm position to port with engine controls and instruments. Helmsman’s seat with locker under. Mate's seat with electric fridge under. Bench seat/occasional berth aft.

EXTERIOR
Fawn canopy. Stainless steel pulpit rail. Wooden handrails and mast. Cleats. Anchor. Navigation lights. Twin sockets in cabin and cockpit. Full cabin Lighttning. Bathing ladder.

COMMENTS/ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
A well cared for boat. Wired for 240v. Immersion heater. Full winter cover. New upholstery and hood in 2006. New cabin Head lining in 2007.
